The present invention relates to a novel device for applying a makeup-removing liquid to eyelashes, optionally eyebrows, and the area around the eyes, one part of the device being disposable. The device includes an applicator end piece (1) comprising a hollow rod (2), the free blind end of which is laterally perforated (2a), thereby establishing communication between the inside and the outside of the hollow rod, and which is covered with a fibrous material (3) capable of absorbing the makeup-removing liquid, and a vessel (4) for receiving the makeup-removing liquid and engaging with the opposite end (4a) of the hollow rod, and characterized in that said vessel is provided with a pump (5) for suctioning an appropriate quantity of makeup-removing liquid and for supplying same to the fibrous material by actuating the plunger (5a). |
