The present invention relates to a vehicle communications network authentication, and messages sending and receiving method for communications between a vehicle and a base station or between vehicles. Provided is the vehicle communications network authentication, and messages sending and receiving method, to enable the efficient management of resources by preventing the waste of radio resources and to prevent malfunction and the occurrence of an accident caused by transmission of incorrect information, by enabling sending and receiving messages only via a communications terminal which has been authenticated using an authentication procedure of the communications terminal mounted in the vehicle. |
