PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sash from being opened carelessly even when operability of a handle is improved.SOLUTION: A lock pin 76 moving according to operation of a handle 30 is provided on a sash 20. A stopper member 84 is movably arranged to an opening frame 10 so as to emerge in a movement zone of the lock pin 76 accompanying movement of the sash 20 in a state where the handle 30 is operated to an opening position. When the stopper member 84 is arranged to a lock position in a state where the sash 20 is closed on the opening frame 10, contact of the lock pin 76 with the stopper member 84 even in the case that the handle 30 is operated to the opening position prevents the sash 20 from moving from the opening frame 10. |
