PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve information on an item even from a sentence without containing all of a formal name of the item.SOLUTION: An identity extraction part 14 extracts at least one of category information on a category to which morphemes in a thesaurus belong and category information on a category to which morphemes in a preliminarily created category dictionary belong as identities in addition to notation, names of speech, and character kinds for the respective morphemes included in a morphologically analyzed item name, a core notation extraction part 16 extracts core notation from the item names on the basis of a core notation extraction model 18 obtained by learning that labels likely exist in combination of what identities by using each of the identities extracted from each of a plurality of item names for learning to which correct labels showing whether or not the morphemes are core notation for every morpheme are added and the correct labels, and the identities extracted for the respective morphemes by the identity extraction part 14, and an information retrieval part 20 retrieves information on the item names by using the extracted core notation as a query.
