The piston has an upper piston part (10) and a lower piston part (11) comprising a piston pin (12), which is supported in the lower piston part, where the piston pin connects the piston with a connecting rod (13) of an internal combustion engine. A cooling chamber (15) is connected with a cooling oil leading case (19) for guiding cooling oil into the cooling chamber through a hole (18) in the connecting rod along flow direction of cooling oil. The cooling oil leading case is formed with a guide surface (22) and resiliently pressed against a support surface (23) of the lower piston part. The cooling oil leading case is designed as a slitted sleeve.
