PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means of simultaneously and rapidly diagnosing shrimps-health condition about polyspecimen.SOLUTION: A shrimps-health examination method comprises the steps of: measuring the expression level of biophylaxis related gene group (genes of Toll pathway and IMD pathway, JAK/STAT pathway, apoptosis-related pathway, RNA interference pathway, free radical production pathway and antimicrobial peptide production pathway, and cytokine-related genes) in a test sample collected from shrimps; and diagnosing the shrimps-health condition on the basis of the expression level of the measured biophylaxis-related gene. The method uses a primer set. |
