PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can connect a radio terminal to an access point having a better radio wave environment in such a situation that a plurality of access points are installed, and provide structure which facilitates roaming control at the access point.SOLUTION: A first access point 3a comprises a radio communication unit 10, a communication state management unit 20, and a disconnection processing unit 21. The radio communication unit 10 performs radio communication with a plurality of radio terminals. For each radio terminal, the communication state management unit 20 manages information on a communication state between the radio communication unit 10 and the radio terminal. On the basis of information managed by the communication state management unit 20, the disconnection processing unit 21 detects the radio terminal of which communication state is worse than a predetermined condition, and then disconnects connection between the detected radio terminal and the radio communication unit. |
