PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment stand for a building capable of reducing a work burden when installing equipment on a plurality of beam materials.SOLUTION: An equipment stand 41 for supporting air-conditioning equipment 31 is installed in a building unit 20A in a building. The equipment stand 41 comprises a rectangular stand plate 42 and a leg part 43 extending downward from the stand plate 42. In the building unit 20A, the equipment stand 41 is installed on a plurality of ceiling beams 25 in a state of being bridged over the ceiling beams 25. The leg part 43 is provided with a regulation part for regulating the positional displacement of the equipment stand 41 in the width direction of the ceiling beams 25. The regulation part is attached to the leg part 43 via a joint plate, and extends downward from the leg part 43. The leg part 43 is provided with a plurality of regulation parts, and the equipment stand 41 is installed in a state where the ceiling beams 25 enter between the adjacent regulation parts. |
