This connector (1) is provided with: a housing (10) for internally accommodating terminals (T) connected to the end portions of wires (W), and having locking pawls (13, 14) on the exterior surface of the housing (10); a rear holder (30) for preventing rubber stoppers (60) mounted on the back of the housing (10) and tightly attached to the outer circumference of the wire (W) from slipping off the housing (10), the rear holder (30) having a locking frame (31B, 32B) locked to or unlocked from the locking pawls (13, 14) by elastic deformation; and a shield shell (40) mounted to the outer circumference of the housing (10) on which the rear holder (30) is mounted. The shield shell (40) is provided with a rear end portion (41A) for hindering the electric deformation of the locking frame (31B, 32B), the rear end portion (41A) being placed in an elastic deformation region of the locking frame (31B, 32B) in a process for assembling the rear holder (30) to the housing (10). |
