<p>In the present invention, the direction of orientation of an elongated obliquely oriented film (film (F)) is oblique with respect to the lengthwise direction and widthwise direction. A covering film (21) that has an orientation direction differing from the orientation direction of the film (F) is formed across the entire widthwise direction in a manner so as to cover at least a portion in the lengthwise direction of the film (F) at least at one surface of the film (F), and the film (F) is cut in the widthwise direction together with the covering film (21).</p> |
