The present invention relates to a polymer composition and a method for preparing elastic wound dressing using the same. According to the present invention, a polymer composition having a desirable porous structure can be easily manufactured, a non-toxic polymer composition can be provided, and a method for preparing elastic wound dressing with improved mechanical properties such as degree of swelling, elasticity, and compressive strength can be provided as an elastic wound dressing with anti-adhesive ability.
