PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a production cost of a pulp mold molding on both inner and outer surfaces of which a water resistant layer is formed.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic film is sucked and welded on an inner surface of an inner container 11 and an outer surface of an outer container 12, respectively, to overlap the inner container 11 inside and the outer container 12 outside. Thus, a pulp mold container 10 on both surfaces of which a water resistant layer 15 is formed can be fabricated only by a sucking method. There is no need to laminate a film on an outer surface or on an inner surface of the container separately by manual work, and a production cost can be reduced. |
