PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external composition for skin comprising a natural substance exerting a prevention and improvement effect on skin aging phenomena, such as wrinkle, sagging, staining and freckles, maintaining or improving skin in a young and healthy state, having decreased stimulation on skin, having an excellent safety on living body and exerting an excellent anti-aging effect and whitening effect.SOLUTION: An external composition for skin essentially comprises: (a) an enzyme processing degradation product obtained by processing a rice alkali extract with two or more protein degradation enzymes; (b) an enzyme processing degradation product obtained by processing an extract of seeds of Brassica alba (white mustard seed) of Cruciferous Brassica with a protein degradation enzyme; (c) a fermentation product obtained by fermentation of Nympaeaceae Nelumbo plant seeds with lactic acid bacterium; (d) a fermentation product obtained by fermentation of adlay seeds with yeast; and (e) an extract of roots of Bletilla of Orchidaceae Bletilla. |
