PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior material which allows for reduction of manufacturing cost and logistics cost.SOLUTION: In an exterior material 11 where a plurality of recesses 15 formed by embossing are arranged regularly and adjacently on the surface of a sheet base material 13, the recess 15 includes a polygonal lattice 17 formed on the surface of the sheet base material 13 and arranged line symmetrically so that the V-shaped opening sides face each other while having a pair of V-shaped ridge lines 23 in the plan view, and a valley 21 having a pair of slope broken lines 19 extending from respective tops 27 of V-shaped ridge lines 23 in the plan view to the rear side of the sheet base material 13 while inclining so as to approach each other, and a horizontal broken line 29 connecting the tips of these slope broken lines 19. |
