<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front member collision prevention device which prevents a collision of a front such as a boom and an arm without the necessity for the hole positioning work of stays by a worker.SOLUTION: A front member collision prevention device comprises: a first unit 11 composed of a pair of torsion bars 15 in which pedestals 13, 14 are attached to one body of either of a boom 7 or an arm 8 of a construction machine, and which are fixed to the pedestals 13, 14, respectively, in fore-and-aft directions, and stays 16 fixed to a pair of the torsion bars 15, respectively; and a second unit 12 in which a second pedestal 17 different from the pedestals 13, 14 is attached to the other body of the boom 7 or the arm 8, and which is supported by the second pedestal 17 and composed of a pair of support rods 20 which are movable in fore-and-aft directions. In the first unit 11, the stays 16 are constituted so as to be recovered to initial positions by the torsion bars 15, and tips 16a of the stays 16 have semi-circular shapes which allow easy engagement with the support rods 20.</p> |
