<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible light-emitting device that is strong against an impact from the exterior, and to provide a method of fabricating the same.SOLUTION: Due to a structure having a first element formation layer that is provided so as to sandwich a structure body obtained by impregnating a fiber body with an organic resin between a pair of flexible substrates and that includes a TFT and the like, and a second element formation layer containing a light-emitting element and the like, the durability against an impact from the exterior can be enhanced. In addition, the first and second element formation layers are electrically connected with each other via wiring formed in the structure body. Since the wiring is formed in the structure body without forming an opening to the structure body, the wiring does not weaken a function as an impact resistance layer of the structure body.</p> |
