PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form pores of a desirable shape stably.SOLUTION: An adhesion realization unit includes a carrying portion for carrying an adhesive label in a specified direction, a thermal head which has a plurality of heater elements arranged along a direction nearly perpendicular to the specified direction and heats the adhesive label from the side of an adhesive layer so as to form pores in a functional layer and thereby expose the adhesive layer, and a control portion which electrifies the individual heater elements separately to make the heater elements generate heat and sets an intermittent electrification period of electrifying the heater elements intermittently within a one-cycle heat generation period in which a row of pores are formed in the functional layer, so as to make the heater elements to generate heat.
