摘要 The present invention relates to a testing unit for determining the physical characteristics of samples containing liquid components, especially for determining the number of blood cells in blood, which has a basic body (10) with a delimiting shell (11) enclosing a flow cuvette (20) and having an upper surface (11a), a lower surface (11b) and side surfaces (11c, 11d) in between the upper surface (11a) and the lower surface (11b), where there are at least two current-conducting electrodes (60, 70) located on the inner side of the delimiting shell (11) surrounding the flow cuvette (20) separated at a distance (T), furthermore, the flow cuvette (20) has an inlet passage (21) serving for inputting the sample (1) to be tested and an outlet passage (24) serving for releasing the tested sample (1), and there is a measuring gate (30) inside the flow cuvette (20). The characteristic features of the invention are that the basic body (10) is supplemented with a pressure channel (12) suitable for introducing the diverting medium (40) and a discharge channel (13) suitable for discharging the diverting medium (40), furthermore, there is a diverting opening (22) and an outlet opening (23) in the section of the flow cuvette (20) between the inlet passage (21) and the outlet passage (24), the pressure channel (12) suitable for introducing the diverting medium (40) is connected to the diverting opening (22) of the flow cuvette (20), while the discharge channel (13) is connected to the outlet opening (23), the diverting opening (22) and the outlet opening are (23) arranged on the same side surface (11c) of the delimiting shell (11), the main axis (12a) of the pressure channel (12) opening into the diverting opening (22) is at an acute-angled angle of obliquity (α) to the main progress direction (1a) of the sample (1) when viewed from the direction of the inlet passage (21) of the flow cuvette (20), furthermore the main axis (13a) of the discharge channel (13) opening into the outlet opening (23) and the main progress direction (la) of the sample (1) are at an obtuse-angled cone angle (&bgr;) with respect to each other when viewed from the inlet passage (21), and the measuring gate (30) is located in the section of the flow cuvette (20) between the outlet opening (23) and the outlet passage (25), one of the current- conducting electrodes (60) is placed in the part of the flow cuvette (20) between the measuring gate (30) and the outlet passage (25), while the other current-conducting electrode (70) is placed in the pail of the discharge channel (13) of the flow cuvette (20) following the outlet opening (23), and in the environment of the measuring gate (30) there is an electric measuring body (31) containing a first measuring sensor (31a) and a second measuring sensor (31b).
