<p>Culture vessels, preferably transparent, light, biocompatible, sterilizable plastic container (1) for receiving a nutrient medium for the inoculums- or spore production during in-vitro mass production of vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal spores, comprises an insertable frame with a screen fabric and an easily demountable and removable lid (3) with a circumferential overhanging edge (3a). The container has rectangular or square cross section, a height of the side walls of 50-500 mm and a capacity of at least 1.5-5 l of culture medium.
