The present invention is to provide a valve timing control device for an internal combustion engine, capable of suppressing the responsiveness of the device or the deterioration of seal durability even if installing the valve timing control device for both intake side and exhaust side. The present invention is configured to install independent intake side and exhaust side cover members (11, 12) having a second sealing member (S2) for both valve timing control system of the intake side and exhaust side (V1, V2) respectively, to enable radial direction position adjustment of each of the cover members (11, 12) by a fixed amount, and to fix the cover members at the internal combustion engine in a state where the radial direction position adjustment is performed. |
