The present invention relates to an apparatus for exchanging tundish well-block, including a holder member coupled to a tundish well-block; a connection belt connected to the holder member, while being coupled to a transfer unit to transfer the tundish well-block held by the holder member; and a foldable elastic member having first and second link units cross-linked between the holder member and connection belt, in order to disperse the weight applied to the connection belt by the tundish well-block held by the holder member. According to the present invention, through mechanical movements, the exchange time, workloads, and risks of safety accident of the tundish well-block can be reduced, thus ultimately enhancing the work efficiency. |
