PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to simplify a structure of the touch panel by inputting a position of a mover as coordinates about a touch position on a screen. CONSTITUTION: A touch panel (100) includes a transparent substrate (110), a transparent conductive layer (120), a transparent insulating layer (130), and a transparent protection layer (140). The transparent conductive layer is formed on the transparent substrate. The transparent insulating layer is formed on the transparent conductive layer. The transparent protection layer is formed while maintaining space on the transparent insulating layer. A mover (135) is included in the space to be moved by electrostatic manpower with a touch unit for the transparent protection layer. |
