The present invention, with regard to a functional drinking water containing high dissolved concentration of a functional gas and nanobubbles of a large number, relates to a method for manufacturing a functional drinking water containing nanobubbles capable of improving the high dissolved concentration of a target functional gas, the quantity of nanobubbles, extension of the stay time of the bubbles, prevention of the reduction of bubbles, and work stability, by generating bubbles in a pressure of a vacuum from water with bubble stabilizer added and then returning the same to atmospheric pressure. |
