According to an embodiment of the present invention, a single beam spectrometer includes: a mixture unit to mix a sample with a reagent; a temperature control unit to constantly control a reaction temperature of the sample and the reagent; an optic selection unit to emit light having a selected wavelength concerning the sample which is pre-treated by the mixture unit and temperature control unit; and an optic detection unit to detect the light transmitted through the sample and conducting a spectrometry of the same. An optic fixating unit is additionally included to fixate and support the mixture unit, temperature control unit, optic selection unit and optic detection unit, and to automatically transfer the sample completed with mixture and temperature control to a desired measuring location via a predetermined movement. |
