PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building outer wall panel which facilitates construction by reducing insertion resistance at fit-in to a framework, and is improved in air tightness and heat insulation.SOLUTION: A foaming resin material 3 composed of a foaming material is fixed to a face of an indoor side of a face bar 2. A flexible air tight sheet 6 is attached to a face of an indoor side of the foaming resin material 3, or a face of an indoor side of a wooden crate arranged around the foaming resin material by partially protruding from the external peripheral edge of the face. An elastic material 8 is disposed between the external peripheral face of the foaming resin material 3 and the air tight sheet 6, or between the external peripheral face of the wooden crate and the air-tight sheet 6. The air tight sheet 6 and the elastic material 8 are sandwiched between a depth surface of a framework constituting body and the external peripheral face of the foaming resin material 3, or between the depth surface and the external peripheral face of the wooden crate in a state that a panel 1 is attached to a framework. The air tight sheet 6 pressure-contacts with the depth surface of the framework constituting body by the elasticity of the elastic material 8. |
