PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of efficiently heating an endless belt, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A fixing device 500 includes: a fixing belt (first endless belt) 510; a drive roller (first roller) 511 that is arranged on an inner peripheral surface side of the fixing belt 510 to move the fixing belt 510; a heater (first heat source) 512 that is arranged on the inner peripheral surface side of the fixing belt 500; a reflection plate (first reflection member) 515 that is arranged between the drive roller 511 and the heater 512 and formed along an outer periphery of the drive roller 511; and a pressure roller (second roller) 521 that is arranged opposite to the drive roller 511 with the fixing belt 510 therebetween to form a nip part. |
