PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present appropriate functions according to a situation.SOLUTION: A function presentation device 1 which presents functions to be provided, comprises: a function estimation model 12 which stores function priority information associating functions to be provided and priority of presentation of the functions; an input information acquisition unit 11 which acquires input information; a function determination unit 13 which changes the function priority information stored in the function estimation model 12 according to the input information acquired by the input information acquisition unit 11, and determines functions to be presented on the basis of the changed function priority information; and a function presentation unit 14 which presents the functions determined by the function determination unit 13.
