<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer controller capable of reducing a congestion time in a data transfer to improve data transfer performance.SOLUTION: This data transfer controller comprises: determination means for determining, with regard to a plurality of electronic devices, whether a data transfer amount is less than or equal to a threshold or congestion has occurred, each of the plurality of electronic devices being interconnected by a network and a request amount of data transfer output to the other of the electronic devices being suppressed by an instruction from the outside; and instruction means for issuing an instruction for one of the electronic devices in which congestion has occurred to the effect that all of the request amount of data transfer output be suppressed, and an instruction for the other electronic devices, except the electronic device in which congestion has occurred, to the effect that a request amount of data transfer output to the electronic device in which congestion has occurred be suppressed.</p> |
