摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for injecting a positively charged particle beam into the synchrotron of an irradiation device.SOLUTION: A device for injecting a positively charged particle beam into the synchrotron of an irradiation device includes a negative ion source 310 which generates negative ions of a negative ion beam in a vacuum tube, and a carbon conversion foil 395 located in the axial direction relative to the long axis direction of the negative ion beam. The carbon conversion foil 395 maintains vacuum between the negative ion source 310 and the synchrotron in the vacuum tube, and converts the negative ion beam into a positively charged particle beam during use. The positively charged particle beam includes at least one of a proton beam and carbon cation.</p>
