PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having both functions capable of easily and safely executing installation work and carrying work and capable of also absorbing kinetic energy of an object, and a kinetic energy absorption device thereof, in the structure formed of a wire rope for suppressing motion of the object. ! SOLUTION: Devices 3 and 5 are installed in an intersection of wire ropes 4A and 4B or a connection point of wire ropes 1A and 1B installed for suppressing the motion of the object, and absorb the kinetic energy of the object, and comprise a casing having an inside space and a grout filled-solidified in the inside space in a state of penetrating the crossing two wire ropes 4A and 4B or the connected two wire ropes 4A and 4B through the inside space of the casing. !
