When an electromagnetic generator (10) having a pendulum structure is mounted on the inner surface of a tire (20), the power generating capacity of the mounted electromagnetic generator can be improved regardless of the tire type by adjusting the equivalent pendulum length l of the pendulum (14) in the electromagnetic generator (10) such that integer multiples of the period λ of the pendulum (14), determined by the equivalent pendulum length l, do not match any of the integer multiples of circumference L of the tire (20), or the length S of the non-grounded part of the tire, which is obtained by subtracting the ground contact length (C) from the peripheral length (L) of the tire (20). |
