PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing an internal olefin, which can provide an internal olefin in a high yield with by-products such as multimers and the like being suppressed even in a wet system.SOLUTION: The process for producing an internal olefin comprises carrying out an isomerization reaction of an olefin having 8 to 24 carbon atoms in the presence of a catalyst containing titanium oxide and silicon oxide. A molar ratio of titanium oxide and silicon oxide in the catalyst, [Ti/Si], is 99.5/0.5 to 55/45. |
