PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner configured so that a grip part to be used for carrying the outdoor unit can be easily formed on a resin valve cover while suppressing usage of a resin material for the resin valve cover and intensity of the grip part formed on the valve cover is not reduced.SOLUTION: An outdoor unit 1 of an air conditioner, including: a housing 10; a terminal 30 attached to a side face plate 13 of the housing 10; and a valve 40 arranged under the terminal 30 also includes a metal terminal cover 50 to be attached to the side face plate 13 of the housing 10 so as to cover the terminal 30 and a resin valve cover 60 including a superposition part 61 to be superposed so as to cover a lower part 51 of the terminal cover 50 and an extrusion part 62 for covering the valve 40 and allowed to be fixed on the side face plate 13 of the housing 10 together with the terminal cover 50. On the extrusion part 62 of the valve cover 60, a grip part 620 recessed to the side face plate 13 of the housing 10 is formed on a position neighboring the lower part of the superposition part 61. |
