PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating rotating body having a size and mechanical strength suitable as a fixing roller provided in an image forming apparatus, configured to allow rapid temperature increase by direct power supply and to enable uniform heating, while reducing temperature variation in a surface direction and a circumferential direction.SOLUTION: The heating rotating body includes a heating layer formed by dispersing filament nickel fine particles in matrix resin formed mainly of polyimide resin. |
