PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress discharge of stock solution of sterilization water stored in a container to an outside.SOLUTION: An internal wall face of a tank cap part 320 has an annular rib 380 formed into an annular shape so as to surround a third through hole 353. Further, the internal wall face of a tank cap part 320 has eight ribs consisting of a first rib 381 through an eighth rib 388, each connecting an outer peripheral surface of the annular rib 380 and an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical part 322. In the tank cap part 320, a first through hole 351 for passing stock solution of sterilization water is formed between the seventh rib 387 and the eighth rib 388. A second through hole 352 for communicating an inside and an outside of a sterilization water tank is formed between the third rib 383 and the fourth rib 384. |
