PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring target attachment apparatus capable of easily adjusting a reflection prism to a portion to be measured of a measuring target structure and capable of surely fixing the reflection prism on an attachment surface of the structure.SOLUTION: A measuring target attachment apparatus 10 to be arranged on a structure whose displacement is to be measured includes: a seat plate member 11 to be fixed on a portion to be measured of the structure; a support post member 12 vertically mounted on the seat plate member; a first attachment member 13 allowed to be rotated in a direction around an axial direction of the support post member; a first fixing member 19 arranged on one end face side of the first attachment member to fix the first attachment member on the support post member; a cylindrical guide member 16 arranged on the other end face side so that a center line is directed to a second direction orthogonal to a first direction; a second attachment member 14 that is an L-shaped member in plane view and is configured so that one portion is formed so as to be fluctuated in a direction around the second direction and a reflection prism for reflecting measurement light is fixed on the other portion; and a second fixing member 18 for fixing the second attachment member on the first attachment member.
