The invention relates to a garment the upper body comprising at least one section (A) and at least one section (B). The two sections (A) and (B) differ in their elastofibre content, preferably in their elastane content, the elastofibre content in section (A) being always greater than the elastofibre content in the section (B) and the transitions between section (A) and section (B) are seamless to at least 75% (with respect to the total length of all transitions). The claimed garments can also comprise a plurality of (A) and/or (B) sections which can be the same or different in terms of the elastofibre content and/or the used yarn. In addition, the claimed garments can also have sections that have no elastofibre content or less than 1% elastofibres. The claimed garments can be a garment for the upper body (of a human), for example a vest or sports shirt, as well as a garment for the lower body such as socks or cycling shorts. Said claimed garments are particularly useful in sport and leisure and as (professional) work clothing, for example in the construction industry. |
