The present invention relates to a low-heat wireless power apparatus and a method therefor, wherein a battery is charged with low heat by receiving a wireless power signal transmitted by a wireless power transmission apparatus, and a controller matches impedance by controlling an impedance matching/controller when a power receiving coil receives the wireless power signal. In addition, the controller determines the charging load status of a power receiving apparatus according to the time spent for supplying power to the power receiving apparatus and the current level detected by a current detection part, and minimizes the generation of heat and supplies power to the power receiving apparatus by selectively turning on a low-heat transformation part and a high-heat transformation part according to the determined charging load status. |
