<p>This soft high-carbon steel sheet contains, by mass%, 0.65-1.0% C, 0.10-0.60% Si, 0.10-1.0% Mn, 0.01-0.1% Al, 0.03% or less (but more than 0%) P, and 0.01% or less (but more than 0%) S, the balance having a component composition comprising steel and unavoidable impurities, there are no more than 10 inclusions per 1000 mm2 having an equivalent circle diameter of at least 30 µm, and no more than 30 inclusions per 1000 mm2 having an equivalent circle diameter of at least 10 and less than 30 µm, and at least 40% of the inclusions in terms of a proportion of the number of inclusions have a structure which is an Al-O oxide.</p> |
