Provided are a method for preparing a fermentation liquid and a composition prepared by the same, wherein the method comprises: a starter culture liquid preparing step of preparing a starter culture liquid by mixing leaves of one plant alone or leaves of one or more plants mixed, including green tea, sugar alone or one or more sugars mixed, including syrup, salt, and vinegar; a nutrition culture liquid preparing step of preparing a nutrition culture liquid by mixing sugar alone or one or more sugars mixed, including syrup, salt, and water; a lactic acid bacteria culture liquid preparing step of preparing a lactic acid bacteria culture liquid by mixing the starter culture liquid prepared in the starter culture liquid preparing step and the nutrition culture liquid prepared in the nutrition culture liquid preparing step; a mixing step of mixing the lactic acid bacteria culture liquid and the nutrition culture liquid; and a storing step of aging and storing the mixture obtained in the mixing step. |
