PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: base sequence analysis itself is completed in two hours in gene analysis using Post-Light sequencer, on the other hand Emulsion PCR as pretreatment of the base sequence analysis requires 11 hours, this process limits the rate of the DNA base sequence analysis work; however, a method of placing a DNA cluster directly above a sensor without depending on Emulsion PCR has not been available thus far.SOLUTION: Primer groups composed of the same primers are sections in a lattice shape and fixed on a base plate, where neighboring primer groups are not brought into contact with each other, no primers are interposed between primer groups, and DNA fragments are separated by a nonspecific absorption-free region. Each primer group is placed directly above a minute sensor on a one-to-one basis, and is made to absorb only one molecule of DNA fragments terminal-treated so as to complementarily bond with a primer group on the base plate. |
