PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent positional displacement in size and part of a person between a piece of actual image data and a tracking result.SOLUTION: A person detection section 110 detects a person frame as a region where a person is highly likely to exist from a first image data based on person feature data representing entire features of the person. A part frame position identification section 122 identifies a part frame in the first image data based on part feature data representing features of a part of the person and a part frame identified as a region where the part of the person is highly likely to exist in previous second image data based on the first image data. A part frame position correction section 123 corrects the position of the part frame identified in the first image data based on the person frame.
