PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid leakage preventive container which is resistant to leakage of a liquid from the inside and facilitates opening and closing of a lid and a container which is resistant to leakage of a liquid and is adjusted to microwave oven heating.SOLUTION: A liquid leakage preventive container is closed when one engagement part of a first engagement part 111 protruded from a lid 11 and a second engagement part 121 protruded from the container body is engaged in the inside of the other engagement part, and the taper angle of the outer peripheral side wall surface 114 and inner peripheral side wall surface 115 of the first engagement part is larger than the taper angle of the outer peripheral side wall surface 124 and the inner peripheral wall surface 125 of the second engagement part. The engagement strength with which the inner peripheral side surfaces 115 and 125 come in mutual contact is 150-800 cN. The liquid leakage preventive container is composed of a multi-layer sheet which comprises a front layer of the body base material composed of a polypropylene based resin and a central layer composed of a compatible material of a polystyrene based resin and a polypropylene based resin.
