SOLUTION: A coil wire CA delivered from a flyer 14 moves while slipping on the slopes 161c, 162c of a circumferential guide 16, and is guided into slots 341, 342 from the outer peripheral side of a core 30. Subsequently, the coil wire CA moves while slipping on the slope upper surface 172a of a radial guide 17 arranged on the end face side of the core, and is guided to a desired position in the radial direction of the core 30 while entering the slots 341, 342.
