PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving convenience for a user on the assumption that reception of difference data is not always sufficient in a difference transmission system. ! SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 20 comprises: a video receiver for receiving a first video transmitted by first means; a difference data receiver for receiving divided difference data and division information of the divided difference data, which are transmitted by second means; and a video generator which detects difference data which has been received, by using the division information, applies to the first video the difference data which has been received, and generates a second video higher in resolution than the first video. !
