<p>A bag taking and conveying device of a packing machine comprises a bag storage mechanism, a bag sucking mechanism, and a tilt table, which are arranged on a rack. The bag storage mechanism is composed of a plurality of bag storage frames (1) perpendicularly arranged in parallel, and a bag outlet is formed at lower ends of the bag storage frames (1). The bag sucking mechanism comprises a rotary shaft (2), a swinging rod (3), a connecting block (4), a telescopic cylinder (5), a sucking disc support (6), and a sucking disc (7). The rotary shaft (2) is horizontally installed on the rack, the swinging rod (3) is of an L-shaped structure, one end of the swinging rod (3) is fixedly connected with the rotary shaft (2) and the other end of the swinging rod (3) is provided with the sucking disc support (6), and the sucking disc (7) is arranged at a top end of the sucking disc support (6). The swinging rod (3) propels the sucking disc support (6) to rotate around the rotary shaft (2) under the driving force of the telescopic cylinder (5), and a sucking surface of the sucking disc (7) is repeatedly switched between the plane of the bag outlet and the plane of the tilt table; therefore, packing bags are transferred from the bag storage mechanism to a conveyor belt. The device has the advantages of a simple structure, a fast bag taking speed, accurate and reliable motion, and the like. In addition, by means of the device, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and an automatic bag taking process is achieved.</p> |
