摘要 The technical objective of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing silicon nanoparticles, and an anode active material using the nanoparticles prepared thereby in order to secure a high capacity and cycle characteristics by minimizing the deterioration of an electrode due to a change in volume of silicon and improving electrical contact. To this end, the present invention provides a method for continuously preparing silicon nanoparticles, comprising the steps of: allowing a silane gas and a carrier gas to flow into a reactor; obtaining silicon nanoparticles by decomposing the silane gas in the reactor; and recovering the silicon nanoparticles.
