The present invention relates to a direct current converting device having a structural characteristic of comprising: a rectification part for receiving an alternating current power and outputting a non-smoothed direct current power; at least one smoothing part connected to an output node of the rectification part for receiving the non-smoothed direct current power from the rectification part, storing energy, discharging the stored energy to an output terminal when an opened switch gets connected, and integrating the discharged energy with the non-smoothed direct current power outputted from the rectification part to reduce a voltage ripple included in the non-smoothed direct current power; and a zero phase detecting part for sensing at least one minimum voltage point of the non-smoothed direct current power, generating a pulse signal to discharge the energy stored in the smoothing part at the time corresponding to the sensed minimum voltage point to the output terminal and outputting the generated pulse signal to the switch included in the smoothing part. |
