The present invention relates to oxygen water containing silver colloid used as drinking water for livestock and a natural sterilizer, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof. More specifically, the said invention relates to oxygen water containing silver colloid in which high purity silver is electrolyzed in distilled water or in purified water, and oxygen is mixed in a silver colloid solution in which ionized silver is uniformly dispersed, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof. The manufacturing apparatus of oxygen water containing silver colloid according to the present invention comprises: a source water storage tank in which purified water or tap water is stored to manufacture a silver colloid solution; a silver colloid solution manufacturing apparatus to manufacture a silver colloid solution from the water supplied from the source water storage tank; an oxygen generating apparatus generating oxygen to mix oxygen in the silver colloid solution manufactured in the silver colloid solution manufacturing apparatus; a mixer to mix the silver colloid solution and oxygen generated from the oxygen generating apparatus, and a storage tank for the oxygen water containing silver colloid to store oxygen water containing silver colloid compounds through the mixer.
