The present invention relates to a measurement device and a measurement method. The measurement device, for a plurality of groups including at least one sharing point in common, comprises a measurement unit which measures measurement points including the sharing point for each group at the same time and obtains coordinate information of the measurement points for each group; and a control unit matching the coordinate information of the measurement points obtained by each group to have a common coordinate system by using coordinate information of the sharing point.
